Please Note that TSI has updated its templates for LSTA Par/Near Par and Distressed Trade Confirmations in accordance with the LSTA’s changes going into effect on Tuesday January 12, 2010. Effective immediately, all trades entered with a Trade Date of January 12th or later will feature the new forms and all trades with earlier trade dates will show the previous forms.
